Nordspike OÜ and its team may hold positions in the markets or outcomes we publish picks on. Our selections reflect our analysis and conviction, but our financial interests may differ from yours. We do not represent that our interests are aligned with yours.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Our historical record reflects decisions made under specific market conditions and information available at that time. Future markets operate in different contexts and carry different risks.

Automated.Money subscriptions are charged at $49 per month (USD), billed automatically on a monthly recurring basis. The founding 100 subscribers who joined during the initial launch period receive a lifetime rate of $24.50 per month, honored for as long as the subscription remains continuously active.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no refunds are issued for the remainder of the period.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers maintain their current rate during the notice period; price changes apply to the next billing cycle after notice.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe and subject to their terms. We do not store your payment card information. A valid payment method must be on file for your subscription to remain active.

Subscriptions are non-refundable. Once your subscription begins, no refunds are issued for partial months, cancellations, or account termination — except where required by applicable law or an explicit published guarantee on our site.

Chargebacks or payment reversals will result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from the service. Subscription access is revoked immediately upon chargeback filing.

If you believe a charge is in error, contact us at hello@automated.money before disputing through your payment provider.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or automatically download our picks or data without permission
• Resell, redistribute, or republish our picks or analysis for commercial purposes
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your subscription
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage patterns
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the service

One subscription grants access to one human user. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund and may result in legal action.

All picks, analysis, methodology, data, trading signals, historical performance records, and related content published on Automated.Money are the exclusive property of Nordspike OÜ and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to view and use the picks for your own trading decisions only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the content.

All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by Nordspike OÜ. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is a breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Nordspike OÜ makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the picks or data provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordspike OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including trading losses, account liquidation, or opportunity costs — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Nordspike OÜ's total liability to you exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nordspike OÜ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service or the picks in violation of these terms
• Your own trading decisions and financial losses resulting from those decisions
• Any misuse or violation of applicable laws by you
• Any breach of these terms by you

This indemnification does not apply to claims arising solely from Nordspike OÜ's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice or refund, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Chargeback or payment disputes
• Conduct harmful to the service or other users
• Non-payment of subscription fees

We may also change or discontinue the service at any time without liability. Upon termination, all rights granted to you are immediately revoked.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Estonian Arbitration Institution, or if unavailable, by the courts of Estonia. You waive any right to litigate in a court of law, except that you may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, representative action, or collective arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against Nordspike OÜ.

If any portion of this dispute resolution clause is found unenforceable, the parties agree to litigate disputes in the courts of Estonia.
